Kodak no longer manufactures these tapes, so if you see any with Kodak’s name printed on them they are probably very old, but Kodak licensed or sold the manufacturing process and these are BRAND NEW direct from the only manufacturer left that makes these Super8mm splicing tapes.
Made in USA – with very little practice you can be splicing your movies onto larger reels (which I also sell), adding leader (which I also sell) repairing a broken film, removing out-of-focus shots etc. NOTE: This is the splicing tape — you will need a Kodak Universal Splicer, or some other brand that has the availability to hold your film in place while you apply the tape splice.
One pack has 20 splices, or 40 pieces of tape, as you apply the tape to both sides of the film. If applied correctly, they will not come off, even with the use of film cleaner.
THESE ARE SUPER-8 SPLICES, NOT REGULAR OR STANDARD 8MM. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH FILM YOU HAVE THAT NEEDS SPLICING.
