Super 8 Today sells analog film gear and supplies. This policy covers the personal information we collect through this site and what we do with it. Questions? Email chris@super8today.net.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, billing and shipping address, and the items purchased. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history so you can view past orders. You can check out as a guest, and if you later create an account with the same email, your past orders are automatically linked to it.
If you leave a product review, we store the review text, star rating, your name, and — if you choose to add them — any photos you upload. Reviews are only accepted from customers with a completed order, and every review (and any attached photos) is checked by us before it appears publicly.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share order details with Stripe (to process payment) and with shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart contents and keep you logged in — nothing beyond what’s needed to make the store work.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing chris@super8today.net. We’ll keep order records as long as needed for accounting/tax purposes even after an account is deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page.
